Usually I love this app. I do most of my banking on this. For the past few days however, it won't load. At first, the screen was just blank. Now, it lets me type in my user and password and then "signs in" forever until it times out. What is up with that? I use the app because sometimes I am unable to go to the bank for several days in a row working 12 hour shifts, which also means that I am unable to call during business hours for help. This sucks!!

Downloaded the new app and signed up tried to log in says system unavailable so guess its not so new needs to be fixed

Love it!!!

I love being able to view balances using Touch ID.

New version will not allow reenrollment.

If I cannot use the application, it does me no good. Even if you were enrolled before, one must enroll again.

Still Second-Rate

Wow! They finally updated to include options available to most people since 2011. Very disappointed with the overall feel of the app. It is about 3 years late in terms of design and features.

Have been banking with CEFCU for 13 years and have always been happy. That said, I was less than pleased with their previous mobile app and yet to even be able to access this new on. I got an email from them this morning touting all of its new features and telling me to upgrade. I did the upgrade and have been trying, periodically, all day to use the new app. No success...keeps saying the system is down. I would think that they would make sure everything was in working order before they encourage customers to use something that is inaccessible. Boo.

Obviously not well tested.

Ever since "upgrading" to this new version (2.0) I can no longer login. It tells me "Your Username or Password is invalid". Fortunately I have two iPhones and I could still login using the old version of the app.

Got an email with invite to download new app. Doesnt work and keep getting system is unavailable.

Re-enrolled in mobile account, still doesnt work

Title says it all. First update in three years, and it still doesnt work.

What happened

The app worked fine until this update. Now I dont "enroll" or login. This needs to be fixed immediately.

New app

Wont load period. Id imagine some I.T. Guy may be losing his job

Its incredibly slow and not user friendly. I wish I could this 0 stars I cant even sign into my account or moms at all. What crap!

Completely disappointed

I literally scream with excitement yesterday when I got the email the new app was available. A day later and I still cant log in or get the account set up. So I cant comment on the new features. I Would love for that to change.

This is a great long awaited update. Works great. Just need to re enroll in the mobile app for access to this new app.

Wish I could give NO STARS

Horrible app. It hardly ever recognizes my username or password, it is extremely slow and not updated enough for the version of my phone. Its delayed and sometimes you have to wait up to two days for it to even show any activity in your accounts. This is a horrible app. Dont even bother downloading it doesnt work 3/4 of the time. I wouldnt be surprised if this has major security issues as well. I am uninstalling this. Not worth it.

How is the app supposed to be new when I cant even use it?? Server is STILL unavailable and I cant use. Fix it.

Wont let me sign in! Thats because the new app requires you to setup a new mobile account.....
