Cant log on

I know my username and I know my password yet I cant log on. I know all my account information and I cant log on that way either. 1 star for poor user interface design. If this improves Id be happy to rerate this app. Also should be able to make direct deposits through the app.

Sign on needs work

My Touch ID works fine to sign on. I go to the deposit a check screen. I am then asked to enter ID and password which I thought I had just signed in. Also no touch option actual password only. I go over to Dashlane to get my password and coming back 30 seconds later my session has now timed out. Very poorly designed sign on.

Disappointed

The deposit feature doesnt work. I called CEFCU. The rep couldnt help me and referred to a supervisor. So far no one has contacted me with an answer.

Update works well.

However, my biggest complaint is logging in. Everytime I log in, its like I just signed up for the app. Never gives me the option for Touch ID, never gives me the option for pass code. I always have to use my username and password along with my security question to log in. Pretty big inconvenience when you just want to look account balances. I would understand if youre transferring money, etc.

App is okay

The app gets your basic functions done and it move at a descent speed. Thats all Ill speak to it.

Junk

Read all the reviews. Followed the directions. Never could get it to work. Just go online and use the actual site. CEFCU has never been very tech savvy, so I really didnt expect much.

Worst mobile application ever.

This app does not accept my log in credentials. Ive been locked out numerous times. Also the new online banking site is inconsistent. Continually need to use an "access code" just to sign on. Even if device is already registered. Absolutely infuriating. Do not download this app until CEFCU can figure out how to support Online and Mobile functionality. Doesnt even deserve one star!
